The Founder

Myles Paragas

I founded ROS out of my desire of providing innovative solutions to business owners’ accounting challenges and creating opportunities to other accountants in a supportive workplace.

A quick background of myself. With a degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management, I kicked off my career working at my father’s CPA firm. My desire to learn more about the other facets of accounting eventually led me to pursue becoming a Financial Executive.

I thank my 18 years of experience as an Accounting Staff member at various companies ranging from start-up companies to multi-national corporations for acquiring the skills valuable in financial management and client relation.

Working in the corporate environment has its pros and cons. Nevertheless, these experiences made me a stronger and more competent service provider. It also inspired me to take a leap of faith in developing my own company to create change in the way we do accounting and give better opportunities to my fellow accountants.

My mission is to build a company where there is synergy between team members and clients. My clients’ peace of mind and confidence in my services is what I strive for but I also want to have a team of professional accountants who support one another. I envision creating a happy space where both my clients and team members thrive together.

CO-FOUNDER

TJ Umali

TJ is the operations manager of the company. He started as an Intern working for Myles’s Father who has a CPA office. Myles later employed TJ to be a pioneer of his business thereby being one of the Co-Founders of Remote Office Solutions.
